Radiance Dance Academy runs Ballet Dance Classes, for both boys and girls, at our Windsor and Wilston Dance Studio on the Brisbane Northside and our Holland Park Dance Studio on the Brisbane Southside.

What do we offer?

Royal Academy of Dance Classical Ballet (Grades + Vocational)
Pre-pointe programs for dancers (10 years +)

We offer Pre-pointe programs for students 10 years + who wish to further their ballet training en pointe. Students are carefully guided through this transition by the Radiance ballet teachers.

Excellence in Classical Ballet?

We offer 2 elite programs for students excelling in Classical Ballet which cover the Russian Vaganova method of traini. Auditions are arranged by consultation with studio director.

Classical Extension Program (Friday afternoons)
- Specialised coaching from 7 years and above
Elegance Part Time Classical Coaching Program (Mondays or Wednesdays during school hours)
- Transition Program 7 years and above
- Full day program 11 years and above

Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles. It is a disciplined genre of dance focusing on moving lyrically and gracefully to music. Our classes are based on the Vaganova method of training. It is wonderful to watch our students develop coordination, poise and strong posture. It requires discipline, determination and focus to master the ballet steps and represents valuable life skills!

All ballet students from Primary through to Seniors sit exams annually to continue development and further their knowledge. Students in Junior, Intermediate A & B, and Senior are required to enrol in 2 ballet lessons per week for Ballet syllabus work and progress to pointe.
